A 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments that result in 'no-shows.' Additionally, Naomi's reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service for any reason, without refund. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee your requested service and you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.
